It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Arthur Frederick Payne on 28th of June aged 87 years. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The service to celebrate Arthur Frederick Payne's life will be held at 3pm on Friday 12th of July at South Leicestershire Memorial Park and Crematorium. Family and friends are invited to attend and pay their respects.
