It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brenda Dalton on 2nd of July aged 68 years. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family will be having a small private service to celebrate Brenda Dalton's life on Friday 19th of July followed by a wake at the family home starting at 1pm.
Due to many family and friends living in the North, on the Wednesday 31st of July we are also running the final 2 miles of the run for Cancer Research (Link below) starting & finishing at The Station, Station Rd, Blaxton, Doncaster, DN9 3AA, where we will be having some memorial drinks after. The run begins at 2pm
Family and friends are invited to attend and pay their respects but please wear bright colours as this is what represents Brenda.
Please join us in honouring Brenda Dalton's life and legacy.
It’s really important that Brenda is remembered for the person that she was and everyone is encouraged to bring their favourite photo, or share their favourite photo in this link.
What a really lovely person What a beautiful caring soul What a funny, witty, feisty lady My abiding memory of Bren is of my fiftieth birthday Breanda on our first floor bedroom balcony of the Hilton Hotel in York Belting out Hooked on a Feeling (Blue Swede) [If you know it you now it] Then being asked by the management to stop as we were disrupting a wedding reception below This left Jeff apologising profusely and the rest of us rolling about with laughter We will all miss her greatly

What can I say you are so missed already. I had many people warn me about living with the in laws yet you both proved them all wrong by no means was it perfect but you were supportive when we needed it, you were strong when we needed it, and you always kept us safe. Not only were you my mother in law you were one of my closest friends. The one who laughed at my jokes then was told off by Claire for approving my inappropriateness. My friend who told me when I needed to step up yet also sat and binge watched many series with me. So many great times in the 10 years we've known each other I am blessed to have had so much time with you. I promise to look after Claire as you've looked after me & Jack. A person only dies when the last person that loved them dies. Xxxxx

A life filled with fun and laughter, so tragically taken far too soon. Every memory I have of Brenda makes me smile, in particular checking my clothing for pegs whenever she was around. XxxxxX

When I was a kid Brenda lived 2 doors up, and was a great friend to my parents, that mean't there were many times that she ended up looking after me (estate living). My memories of those days are full of happiness and feeling safe, thank you for that aspect of my childhood Brenda x RIP
