Obituary For Graham Poole
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Graham Poole on 1st of November aged 65 years. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The service to celebrate Graham Poole's life will be held at 12pm on Tuesday 26th of November at The Vale Crematorium. Family and friends are invited to attend and pay their respects.
In lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to Dementia UK.
