Obituary For Sharon Farman

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharon Farman, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, who left us on January 12, 2025, at the age of 52.

Born on July 3, 1972, to Alex and Evelyn, Sharon grew up surrounded by the love of her family, including her brothers, Dereck and Rudi. Her warmth, kindness, and radiant spirit touched everyone she encountered. Rose entered Sharon’s life as her stepmother, bringing additional love and support to the family.

In 1995, Sharon married the love of her life, Gregory Farman, and together they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Sharon was a devoted mother to her two sons, Cameron and Ryan, who were the light of her life. Her family was her greatest joy, and her love for them was boundless.

Sharon had an innate ability to bring people together with her compassion and sense of humour. Her warmth and kindness extended to her friends, community, and all who knew her. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her bright smile, her unwavering love for her family, and her deep Christian faith, which guided her life and gave her strength in every season.

She is survived by her husband, Gregory; her sons, Cameron and Ryan; her parents, Alex, Rose (step-mom), and Evelyn; and her brothers, Dereck and Rudi. Her legacy will live on through the love she shared and the countless lives she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honour to Royal Marsden and Princess Alice Hospice.

Sharon’s memory will forever be a blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
